We normally ship: standard colored linens - 3-5 business days; non-standard linen colors - 5-7 business days; custom orders - 2-3 weeks. We do not consider monograms to be custom orders.

About Our Fabrics
Our tablecloths and table runners are made from a spun polyester that is soft to the touch and not rough or slippery like most polyesters. It is similar to a medium weight cotton and is absorbent, yet far easier to care for and can be laundered in your home machines with no ironing! Colors stay true through multiple launderings and White can be spot bleached.
We offer our napkins in several fabrics, including spun polyester, a fine linen/cotton blend hemstitch, and 100% cotton hemstitch.
Our towels are available in 100% cotton smooth weave and a rustic cotton hemstitch. We also offer a fine linen/cotton blend hemstitch hand towel.
Our placemats are available in a linen/cotton blend hemstitch fabric. These placemats are best used decoratively as the fabric is fine and won't protect your table from heat.
Please be aware that there are slight color differences between fabric types, particularly with the color Ivory. For example, if you choose 100% cotton napkins in Ivory with a tablecloth in spun polyester in Ivory, there will be slight shading differences. If you wish to have an exact color match with your tablecloth, be sure to select spun polyester napkins as your fabric choice.

About Our Designs
Tablecloths: Our designs typically measure 5" in diameter. Our large tablecloths are sewn with eight designs on the "drop", one in each corner and two each on the long sides. Our small sizes and all our monogrammed tablecloths are sewn with four designs, one in each corner.
Table Runners: Our table runners are sewn with either 2 or 4 designs. For two-design runners, the designs are placed on either end. For four design runners, the designs are placed one on either end and two in the center approximately 12-18 inches apart.
Napkins: Our napkin designs vary greatly in size, but generally are 2 inches in diameter. Designs are placed either in the bottom right hand corner to accomodate a rectangle fold with the folded edge to the left, or in the corner on a diagonal to accomodate folds that use napkin rings. Please let us know if you wish to place your designs elsewhere!
Towels: Our designs typically measure 3 inches in diameter and are placed on the bottom edge to accomodate folding the towel in thirds and draping on a towel ring or oven handle.
Placemats: Our designs typically measure 3 inches in diameter and are placed on the bottom right hand corner.
Extra designs can be purchased for our tablecloths. Since our products are made to order, we can accomodate most changes in design placement - just ask us!

All of our products are made to order. Generally, our products are ready to ship to you in 3-5 business days from the date you placed your order. Please be aware of this when selecting your shipping option. Occasionally we may be backordered in the fabric or size you have selected. If the delay is significant, we will notify you promptly. If you need your linens for a specific date, PLEASE LET US KNOW. We will make every effort to have your linens to you on time.
