Our products are thoroughly inspected for flaws and errors prior to shipment. However, we recognize that mistakes do happen occasionally. We will gladly correct any error we make with your order.
However, for sanitary reasons, our products are generally non-returnable. If you wish to return a product, you MUST receive approval from our customer service department prior to returning your order to us. Failure to do so will result in a 30% restocking fee as we will need to have the linens professionally cleaned and sanitized. Custom orders, including custom design placements and custom colors, are not returnable under any circumstances.
